Management Office


The Management Office hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. The telephone number is 301-383-8220 and the fax number is 301-383-8218.

Summit at Washingtonian is open for normal business operations from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except national holidays and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The buildng is closed all other times. For information on how to access buildings after-hours and on holidays, please see section on After-Hours Access.

In the event of an emergency during normal office hours such as fire, flood, building-wide electrical outage, you may contact the management office direct at 301-383-8220.

In the event of an after-hours emergency, you may contact our after-hours answering service at 1-800-558-8708. Please provide all pertinent contact information to include building number, suite number, tenant name, contact name and call-back telephone number and please explain the emergency.

In an effort to provide good customer service, the management office requires ALL service requests to be placed via Tenant Services. This keeps all of our staff members informed of the type of calls and amount of calls each property receives on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and gives us the opportunity to make adjustments to better serve our tenants.

Property Management Staff
  • Mr. Jim Moore is the Vice President of Facilities for Irvington Centre. He is responsible for managing building operations, engineering services and building improvement projects to the property.
  • Ms. Janice Fothergill is the Sr. Property Manager for Asset Management. She is responsible for ensuring that the highest quality service is provided to the Tenants of Irvington Centre on a daily basis.
  • Ms. Ronda Hurbanek is the Assistant Property Manager and she is responsible for facility reservations, accounts payable, access administration, and other day-to-day administrative requests. 
  • Mr. Arkadiy Frukhtbeyn is the Chief Engineer for Irvington Centre and is responsible for directing the operations and maintenance of the heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems within the building and coordinates the activities of the engineering staff and repair and maintenance contractors.
  • Mr. Frukhtbeyn is supported by Joe Slater and Earlston Douglas and a team of dedicated day porters.
  • The Day Porters for Irvington Centre are responsible for cleaning common areas during the business day and re-stocking restrooms. The day porter will also handle limited special cleaning requests that arise during the day as well as minor maintenance items. The contract services are provided by Red Coats, Inc.
  • The Red Coats Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the satisfactory performance of the janitorial crew. The Account Manager will visit each office periodically to perform an inspection and meet with each tenant to ensure his or her satisfaction.
